where we encourage 'Training for Life' philosophy.




So why come to us:

Puppy Classes in a relaxed atmosphere, with a maximum of 8 puppies, geared towards what you want out of your dog - and the whole family are welcome!

Novice Classes with no need to book a course - turn up on whichever night suits you - great fun, huge selection of training games, dealing with individual issues (eg. jumping up, vocalisation, recall, stays...) a brilliant group of regulars coming each week and everyone has a great time, the dogs too... :)


Both Puppy and Novice Classes are held on Mondays and Thursdays and use positive reinforcement and training games...

Having a specific canine related problem? let us know and we can help you to overcome it... The whole family is welcome!

  • Our training for life philosophy means training your dog to respond to basic commands, have good manners around children and other household pets in order that they become a much loved part of your family.

  • For dogs who already have a good standard of obedience, we offer intermediate classes and agility in order to challenge them (and you) to achieve more and get even more fun out of training!

  • Our methods are kind, and positive and help you to form a stronger bond with your canine companion -  we do not believe in promoting outdated training theories about wolf packs and dominance and will never condone the use of force. 

  • Training your dog is fun, enjoyable and a rewarding experience and at Be Good Dog Training we do lots of training games, agility and scent work to make classes a great experience for both you and your dog. Classes are fun and friendly with a chance to ask questions, have a banter and make friends with other local dog owners.

  • We offer dog walking services in and around West Malling, Kings Hill, Borough Green, Wrotham and the surrounding areas. Prices are affordable and walks last a minimum of an hour (not including traveling times...)

  • Lizz Cook is an experienced, insured, and fully qualified behaviourist and dog trainer and is also affiliated to the British Institute of Professional Dog Trainers.
